History – Founded in 2008, Vision 4 U Enterprises has been assisting businesses and individuals achieve success. Things started out by doing the things people dreaded to do in business... write. After writing 3 plans for program in the city of Greensboro NC --Interactive Resource Center, Step Up Greensboro and Turning Point 180-- the company broadened its horizons to include program development and Training workshops. Today, you will still find those core values along with other skills training to provide wholistic services for a successful business.

About our founder –
Fanta Dorley has over 15 years of community organizing and program management experience. She has many year facilitating relationship and financial workshops for the clients of local non-profits where she finds herself constantly getting drawn into case management to help people get back on the right track of life. Ms. Dorley Owns and operates a local Adult Day Center and Home Care Agency where she serves as CFO and Co-Owner. She still spends her time as a Community Organizer where her communications and case management background allowed her to participate in social justice and community events to promote change in negative political policies and programs that works against human rights and community development.
Growing up on the street of New York City and being raised in Fayetteville NC has taught her the importance of effective community relations. She later obtained two bachelor degrees from UNCG: Business Administration/Marketing & in Communication/Public Relations. She also has two Masters degrees from Liberty University: Management and Leadership & Human Services. She is an active member and leader at her church, New Jerusalem Cathedral, where she served in the community pantry ministry which provide fresh fruits, veggies, meats and breads to over 300 people per month. She also served on the church's economic development team to grow the ministry and explore new ventures.
In Fanta's free time, when she is not trying to fit in a 30-minute power nap or hanging out with her two college children, she enjoys writing stage plays, assisting local entrepreneurs, jigsaw puzzles, attending sports events, running a small catering business, traveling around the world and laughing all the way!
